Cookery Class

Rayeesa will take you through all the essentials of cooking a great tasting traditional Indian meal. You will look at ingredients, where to buy, what to look out for and how best to store for optimum benefits. You will be taught traditional and modern methods of how to prepare your dishes. Typically, you will have a range of dishes to cook, including a starter and mains, with side dishes like lentils. Along the way, Rayeesa will share her own tips and advice as well as interesting stories about her own food journey. Rayeesa has over 30 years’ experience of cooking to share with you, from learning as a child from her mother and nana, to learning to cook for herself, to entertaining friends and family, to cooking for 100’s of guests at pop up events around the country.
