Vegan Kari
Kari not ‘Curry’ A delicate but power packed dish, fit for royalty. This a typical Hyderabadi dish but is made throughout India. Essentially it is a yogurt curry with a gram flour base, and finished with a hot and aromatic tempuring of spices and red chillies. I’ve created a vegan version here without losing any of the punch.
